ABOUT

My name is Kiran and I live in Guildford, Surrey. My interest in watercolour is thanks to my husband who initially thought it would be a nice hobby to take up together. I grew to love the unpredictability of watercolour and  there were many good mistakes! After posting many pictures of my paintings on social media my friends and family suggested selling my artwork, so I thought I would give it a go. 

As an amateur artist I have enjoyed learning different techniques and seeing how images are enhanced through the building up of layers. I love the freshness you can get with watercolour and prefer to paint wildlife using a loose effect. It's amazing what one brush stroke can achieve, communicating something special.
